AIM Mentorship Training Program


 

The AIM Mentorship Program enables Certified AIM Teachers who have been recommended to enter the program to become mentors capable of helping train and guide beginner AIM teachers


Once teachers have earned Mentorship status they qualify to mentor groups of teachers through the Foundations Program and will be paid for their work.
 

In order to sign-up for Mentorship, teachers must do the following (if you are uncertain if you qualify, please speak to your Certification Mentor):

  • Complete the certification process and be an AIM Certified Teacher;

  • Be recommended by their Certification Mentor

Mentorship Programme course description:

  • Demonstrate mastery (95%) on Certification quizzes

  • Increase your knowledge of the AIM through reading and video

  • Provide (and practice) giving teacher feedback and advice

  • Participate in (or observe) the Foundations Program

  • Work closely with an AIM mentor over the period of approximately one school year

  • Course adapted based on instructional needs of each participant

 


Cost: $1185/teacher plus tax.
