Shipping and Returns
All returns and exchanges require the original invoice number
- Returns must be in original packaging, unopened and not used, and within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges must be free of any use or damage, once the product is received and inspected the exchange will be shipped.
- Call for return authorization
- A 10% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply.
- If it is our error, we will pay the shipping costs
- Refunds will be issued in the manner in which original payment was received,within 30 days.
- Our goal is to have customers receive their orders within two weeks of ordering.
Exceptions - Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
Discontinued items, Opened CDs, Opened DVDs
