Robert Slabodnik (M.I.T., NBCT) (AIM Certified Teacher) has been teaching high school French since 1996 in Sedro-Woolley, Washington and has used the AIM since 2005. He has represented AIM as a conference presenter and workshop facilitator at numerous professional development events for language teachers in the Pacific Northwest. Recognized as a ‘Top Teacher of Puget Sound’ by Seattle’s KOMO TV, Robert has also taught English in France on a Fulbright Academic Exchange. In addition, the National Endowment for the Humanities selected him to be a “visiting scholar” for their 2008 seminar on French culture. In 2011, Robert was awarded National Board Teacher Certification. He welcomes all interested teachers to come observe his students learn with the AIM.
